I live in central New York state and try to get into the woods as often as I can. I have always avoided calling myself things like “outdoorsman” because I do not hunt or fish. Instead, I hike take pictures, backpack, camp, and other interests I picked up in my path to becoming an Eagle Scout and further developed in the Army.

I am very blessed to have a partner that is interested and accepting of Druidry, but she is a little cautious about getting too involved as she reconciles how this fits with her Christian beliefs. I would say her interests are primarily in the ovate side; whereas, mine are on the druid side with both meeting in the middle of the bardic arts. Although we both enjoy aspects of all three parts.

Long story short, still working my way down my path one step at a time.
