Starting Your Druid Group: A Workshop about Home Circles, Nemetons, and Groves in AODA
April 23rd 8:30pm EST
With Tyler Vanice, AODA Groups Coordinator and Dana O’Driscoll, Grand Archdruid
Many AODA members prefer to work in a solitary form, while others prefer the companionship of other druids. AODA has groups that fulfill the desire to meet with like-minded druids to enhance their spiritual journey, especially in the form of events and initiations. This workshop will aid those seeking a group or starting their own AODA Home Circle, Nemeton, or Grove group to create such a community in their area. Open to all AODA members.
Mentoring Candidates in AODA
May 2nd, 8:30 – 10pm EST with Stonebear, AODA Mentoring Coordinator and Claire Schosser, Archdruid of Water
Apprentices, please join us for a Zoom workshop on mentoring Candidates to be presented by Stonebear, AODA’s mentoring program coordinator, on Thursday, May 2nd, beginning at 8:30pm EDT / 7:30pm CDT. Stonebear will describe AODA’s mentoring program, how to become a mentor, and how to act as an effective mentor for Candidates. Following the presentation, we’ll have time for questions and to share experiences with the Second Degree curriculum with co-host Claire Schosser, Archdruid of Water, and other senior members of AODA in attendance. Companions and Adepts are also welcome to attend this workshop.
