Summer Solstice Ritual - June 18th - Yellow Creek State Park, Western Pennsylvania

Hi everyone,
To get the ball rolling on our Order-wide Summer Solstice rituals, a few AODA members plan on meeting at Yellow Creek State Park in Western Pennsylvania to do the Summer Solstice Order-wide Ritual on June 18th at 2pm. Anyone who wants to join us and is close enough is welcome! More details are forthcoming. Just post here or send me a private message if you are interested in joining us.

I have found a nice private spot in that park that is about a 15-20 minute hike in, a beautiful grove with a huge grandmother maple tree in the center. It is wonderful for group rituals.

This sounds amazing! I’ll see when it gets closer whether I’m able to make the long drive there and back.

Where are you located, Kwo?

I’m over on the eastern shore of Maryland, which looks like it is about a 5-6 hour drive.

There are some other folks in that area–maybe organize a group ritual that way and see who might be nearby?

That’s a great idea!

I love that! I’m in Philadelphia, and cannot drive distances for health reasons, but the Wissahickon Gorge is full of gorgeous locations. Any interest in a Mid-Atlantic Solstice observance?

I would suggest posting it in a new thread and seeing if anyone in the Philly area joins! I know there was some interest in that region already on Discord :).
