Welcome to the AODA Forums

Hello from the Beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland. For those of you who are not familiar with that designation I live between the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. I live on a tidal creek which means it rises and falls about two feet twice a day (more when there is weather). It is a nice way to stay in touch with the rhythms of nature.

Like many others I have studied a number of systems that purport to offer a path to the truth. My goal in the AODA is to establish a closer relationship with my environment and create a harmony with the natural world. I look forward to getting to know my fellow travelers on this path.

Welcome kitsch, it is nice to meet someone from NC. I used to spend a week there every summer split between Charlotte and Summerfield.

I can’t figure out posting on the forum

Do you still have questions on how to post, since you were able to post this? If so, I’ll do my best to help.

Yes, when I go to the forum I am not seeing how to respond or post. Maybe I’m being silly.
Also, do you, or can you put me in touch with someone that handles bequeathments? My wife and I would like to bequeath our property and house to the GCC or AODA when we pass. Thank you

About bequeathments: we haven’t had anyone ask us about that yet, so we have no procedure in place. I’ll put your question on the agenda for the next archdruid meeting.

Hi all new to using a this platform. I am new to the Druid path. I am 42 dad with a crazy work/family life. I am in the Catskill mountains. I come from starting in core shamanism, to hedge witchcraft/wicca. I just joined ADOA.

I’m from Georgia, living in metro GA but originally from the North GA mountains. I have had an on and off again interest in Druidry.

Are you familiar with the Awen Retreat Center? It’s up in Jefferson, run by a couple members of OBOD. They’re very AODA-friendly.
